My girls are my world and shopping for them is one of my FAVORITE things to do. Honestly, you guys know I enjoy shopping for myself but I *love* shopping for my girls even more. From the time they were cute babies, they have been my own little real-life dolls to dress up. It’s one of the best parts about having girls…it’s SO fun to play dress-up everyday! Brynleigh and Brielle both started back at school a few weeks ago (Brielle’s in First Grade and Brynleigh’s in pre-school) and I bought most of their back-to-school wardrobe from Nordstrom. Kids are hard on clothes (especially Brielle, even though she’s six she isn’t the cleanest eater, lol) When I’m shopping for the girls I love to shop at Nordstrom because I know they have comfortable and *quality* pieces I know will last a long time and not fall apart after a few washes. When I’m picking out their outfits I usually like to try to coordinate them when I can…I even like to match their outfits sometimes. Even though my mom used to do this to my sister and I and we HATED it so I try not to match them too often ;). I love that the girls are getting older now and starting to really care about what they’re wearing, especially Brielle. She is definitely developing her own, girly sense of style and it’s so fun to watch her own confidence come through when she loves what she’s wearing. I remember putting my own outfits together from a very early age and feeling SO confident when I rocked my own outfits. They both love to help me pick out their outfits for school. It’s so fun to take them shopping now and have them help pick out things they’re excited about wearing.
We love the line Tucker and Tate at Nordstrom because so many of the pieces can be mixed and matched. I don’t have a little boy to dress YET but I do have several nephews and their selection of boys items are SO adorable and classic– not cheesy! All of the girls’ dresses, tops, and bottoms are so cute + trendy (I wish some of the styles came in my size, ha!). I listed all of our outfit details from Nordstrom below. I also went through the website and selected a few of my other favorite Kids’ items and linked them in the widget below! XO
